What are we looking for

We are looking for an Application Security Specialist to champion security across our entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

You will work closely with our Cyber, Software, Development and QA teams to bake security into our processes to ensure we build secure products without slowing down delivery.

Some key responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

What You Will Do

• Integrate Security in SDLC: Embed security gates, automated testing, and reviews into every stage of development, from initial design to production.

• Threat Modelling: Lead threat modelling sessions with key teams to identify and mitigate design-level risks early.

• Code & Architecture Reviews: Review high-risk code changes, architectural designs, and cloud configurations.

• PEN Testing: Review penetration testing outcomes and assess remediation requirements.

To be considered for this position you will need to:

• Be a New Zealand citizen or resident

• Pass a Pre-employment Background Check
