An exciting opportunity has become available for a Store Person to join the Christchurch Airfreight team based 2-minutes away from Christchurch International Airport. Key responsibilities include:

• Store duties for live, perishable and dry goods for international airfreight in a high security environment

• Operating a forklift and truck

• MPI Risk Management Program and Biosecurity load in/out procedures

• Loading of airline Unit Load Devices

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

• A "can do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

• A forklift license

• The ability to work flexible shift hours

• A full license and elligible to apply for a class 2 & 4 truck license

• Work to deadlines and work under pressure

• Work as part of a team, have a great sense of humour and committed to branch culture

• Attention to detail and excellent time management

Specialised training will be provided as well as assistance in obtaining forklift, truck, RACA security, IATA Load and Restraint certificates and MPI approved person accreditation.
