Mainfreight recruits on a rolling basis so that we are able to meet the needs and wants of our ever-changing customer base, which means we are looking for a new team now who can start soon. Your First 12 months at Mainfreight.
Roll up your sleeves for a practical and hands-on learning experience at the core of our business. Bringing value to your role, team and branch you will have the ability to grab opportunities with both hands and help paint the world blue.
Mainfreight is more than just a business; we are involved in transporting, warehousing and global supply chain solutions for our customers. To understand the fundamentals of Mainfreight's supply chain you would spend around 12 months in the operations. Each Graduate will follow their own path based on what interests them, the opportunities at their time and their attitude!
We invest in our Graduates through internal development courses building on public speaking, presenting, leadership, networking and more. As well as these courses, we run a mentorship programme where you are mentored by third year Graduates who can give you practical advice and insight into many areas.
Where can I go in the future?
The opportunities for growth are endless within Mainfreight if you are willing to make the most of your time in the operations. As we promote from within, we fill all roles in the business from team who have started in the operations.
Future roles in the business are endless. Some examples of positions are in Sales, Account Management, Operations, Team Leaders, Customer Services, Management, IT, Training & Development and many others nationally and globally.

What do I need to be eligible?
You need a recent University degree to be eligible, however we see your qualifications as just a part of who you are. We don’t look for specific degrees, we are keen to take on people with all different perspectives to provide diverse ways of thinking and approaching challenges. We're just as interested in your sports and interests, your part-time jobs and how you'll fit our special culture.
To be considered for this position you will need to:
